My all most one year with First Baptist Church Washington, DC

Next Thursday November 22, 2006 will be my almost one year with First Baptist Church of Washington. It was Thanksgiving eve and it was dark outside. I was walking down P street walking East to 16th St NW. I got some what lost. Then I found the place with help of the church next church over.

who I got in there I found it was not one there. I walk down to fellowship hall and started to talk to a person that was sitting down a one of the table.

After some people started to show. I walk up stairs to see one of the church member was there with her sister and mother. The church was somewhat dark. They hiving light problems and the organ was still working. In eight day from now it will be back in the FBC again.

I'm looking forward in again thanksgiving ever with the FBC.

History to remeber November 11, 2005

One year ago on of the memeber send out the email on the Valleyball match between Calvary and First Baptist. History told that Calvary won the match..

This is just a reminder to all of those attending the Volleyball match on Saturday, November 10th. We'll be meeting at First Baptist Church at 1328 16th Street, NW (16th and O) at 4 pm. If you need explicit directions to the church, you may find them at www.firstbaptistdc.org . From what I remember last time is that there will be parking behind the church for those of you driving and the nearest metro stop would be DuPont Circle on the red line, just a short walk away.

Also this is my fourth day at a memeber of Calvary Baptist Church. I walk from the choir section to join. I really enjoy being part of Calvary. http://www.calvarydc.org Also Look forward to the new homepage...
